Responsible female Naval Officer seeks townhouse/unit/granny-flat or similar accommodation for rent on North Shore.

I am looking for affordable, long term accommodation on the North Shore, and a place to call my own. (Pref within Takapuna/Devonport region). I am deployed on a regular basis so a granny flat situation would be ideal - you would continue to make an income while I am out of the country!

I have a rental property of my own, so would treat yours with respect and ensure it was well looked after.
